We are seeking highly skilled professionals to manage and maintain audio visual systems for our client's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring seamless meetings, conferences, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage onsite audio visual operations
  • Provide daily support for audio visual-enabled meeting rooms, conference spaces, and event areas
  • Set up, test, and operate audio visual equipment (video conferencing, projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, control systems, etc.)
  • Support live events, presentations, hybrid meetings, and townhalls
  • Diagnose and resolve audio visual system issues in real-time with minimal disruption
  • Coordinate with remote teams and vendors for escalations
  • Perform routine checks, system reboots, and preventive maintenance
  • System Administration: Manage and monitor audio visual equipment health, firmware updates, and usage reports
  • Maintain asset records, documentation, and SOPs

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of audio visual systems, video conferencing platforms, and experience with Polycom, Logitech, and Videowall Controller technology
  • Familiarity with AV over IP, signal flow, DSPs, and control systems
  • Experience in live event production and hybrid meeting setups
  • Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, strong communication and customer service orientation, and ability to work independently and handle pressure in live environments
