Sales Systems Integration Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Systems Integration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate CRM/ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms.
  • Optimize sales system architecture to enhance user experience and data integrity.
  • Act as the primary administrator for sales tools and platforms, ensuring high levels of data quality and integrity.
  • Lead system integration projects, including requirement gathering, vendor coordination, testing, and deployment.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Train sales teams on new tools, features, and process changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues or data discrepancies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales operations or systems integration role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
  • Experience with system integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft, APIs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales workflows, KPIs, and data compliance standards.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent project management skills, who can work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders. They must have hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems, as well as system integration tools. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is also required.
