Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Growth: Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet clients' technical staffing requirements, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly, maintaining accurate client information in CRM systems.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management within the technology and IT staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies, network technologies, and roles that support these disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ATS and VMS platforms.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
