About Us
We're on a mission to revolutionize the creator economy and redefine how people shop online. We aim to provide every user with a highly personalized shopping experience guided by creators, so they can find exactly what they want in a very short time, while improving their online shopping experience severalfold. Our vision is to shape a new era at the intersection of e-commerce and social media.

Our Team
We were founded by 3 friends from college, who shared a passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours. We started our journey in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but couldn't find easily. We're based out of Gurugram and have recently raised a series A round of funding led by prominent investors.

What You'll Be Doing
You will collaborate with product managers to define key metrics and KPIs to track the performance of our products. You will conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements. You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and communicate insights to stakeholders. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and user feedback. You will also conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes on key metrics and drive iterative improvements.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus. You should have hands-on experience in Python (highly preferred). You should be able to draw actionable insights from complex datasets. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-starters with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment are preferred.
