Drive Programmatic Improvements

Job Description:

In this key role, you will drive programmatic improvements to catalog quality for Softlines and Beauty. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the overall customer experience by ensuring timely and accurate product information, high-quality images, and seamless shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements that drive productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback from customers, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and recommendations for future enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
