Job Overview

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of various systems, hardware, tools, and services.

As a technical professional in this position, you will be responsible for monitoring system health and performance across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Systems Monitoring & Support: Continuously monitor systems to identify potential issues and perform prompt remediation as needed.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot complex problems affecting operating systems, software, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Infrastructure Management: Configure access controls, user permissions, and machine setup for team members.
  • Hardware and Vendor Management: Procure hardware, coordinate with vendors for equipment purchases, and track inventory levels.
  • Team Enablement & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation, runbooks, and asset registers to support team efficiency.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in TechOps, IT Support, Infrastructure, or DevOps assistance.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux/macOS systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud service management (AWS/GCP).
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and remote access tools is essential.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools, Git, scripting, and task automation is a plus.
