Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Technical Lead
to join our team on a priority basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading application development, overseeing architecture and design, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. The candidate should have strong expertise in database design, microservices, frontend frameworks, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    design, development, and deployment
    of scalable applications.
  • Drive
    database design (DB schema, normalization, optimization)
    ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Work closely with the team on
    microservices architecture
    using
    Golang
    .
  • Provide technical direction and contribute to
    frontend development
    using
    Angular
    .
  • Manage and optimize solutions deployed on
    AWS cloud infrastructure
    .
  • Oversee systems running on
    Linux environments
    and ensure operational stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals under tight timelines.
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8 years
    of overall development experience with at least
    2+ years
    in a lead role.
  • Strong expertise in
    Database Design
    (ER modeling, query optimization, indexing).
  • Proficiency in
    Microservices architecture
    with hands-on experience in
    Golang
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    Angular
    for frontend development.
  • Strong knowledge of
    AWS services
    (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Linux systems
    and shell scripting.
  • Excellent
    logical reasoning, problem-solving
    , and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, high-priority (WAR footing) environment
    .
