Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team in Risk Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing First Line Risk Frameworks, participating in strategic projects, and ensuring compliance with risk governance standards.

  • Strategic Focus:
    • Develop risk procedures aligned with enterprise standards.
    • Engage in cross-functional initiatives like system implementations and regulatory efforts.
  • Operational Management:
    • Support the execution of Risk and Control Self-Assessments.
    • Track and resolve open issues across risk domains.
    • Maintain and update risk-related documentation.
  • People Leadership:
    • Collaborate with internal teams and communicate findings.
    • Foster team cohesion and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant / Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operational Risk Management in Information/Technology Risk and operations/accounting within the financial services industry.
  • Experience in the Second Line of Defense (SLoD) is desirable.
