Key Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Key Risk Management Specialist to develop and implement risk models, monitor credit risk strategies, and analyze portfolio trends.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk models and frameworks in an unsecured rural/semi-urban lending context.
  • Implement and monitor credit risk strategies across the lending life cycle - acquisition, underwriting, cross-sell, and collections.
  • Analyze portfolio trends to track portfolio quality based on accepted risk parameters.
  • Review risk policies and ensure they reflect the dynamic external environment and internal risk appetite.
  • Analyze industry data at scale and prepare MIS/Dashboards for senior management.
  • Regularly review processes for adherence to risk policies and check if controls are effectively in place.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to strengthen the risk framework.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • BTech or MTech from Tier 1 college
  • 3-6 years of experience in managing risk in a NBFC/Fintech/Lending
  • 2+ years of experience in Python and SQL is mandatory
  • Excellent understanding of data and ability to bring insights.
  • Solid knowledge of statistical models
  • Experience in Microfinance/MSME Lending will be an added advantage
