We are seeking an experienced Credit Risk Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
">Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in credit risk systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that regulatory, risk, and reporting requirements are translated into effective system configurations and solutions.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising between business users, risk teams, and technology teams for credit risk reporting implementations. They will gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to credit risk reporting, regulatory compliance, and risk analytics.
">The role involves working with credit risk product configurations, updating, testing, and validating changes for credit risk reporting. Additionally, the candidate will analyze intermediate and final result tables within the credit risk system to support reporting and validation.
">The Credit Risk Analyst must ensure compliance with credit risk regulations (Basel III/IV, IFRS9, CECL, ICAAP, etc.). They will collaborate with developers, DBAs, and testers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
">The successful candidate will create functional specifications, data mapping documents, and workflow designs. They will participate in system testing, UAT, and production rollouts, ensuring accuracy of risk reporting.
">Knowledge transfer and documentation will be provided to support teams.
">Required Skills & Qualifications- 6–10 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services as a Business Analyst or Credit Risk Specialist.
">- Hands-on experience with credit risk management – configuration updates, reporting framework, and data tables.
">- Strong knowledge of credit risk management and regulatory frameworks (Basel III/IV, IFRS9, CECL).
">- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
">- Familiarity with data flows, ETL processes, and reporting tools within risk systems.
">- Strong documentation skills (BRD, FSD, data dictionaries, user stories).
">- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
">- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
