EDI Specialist Role

This is a high-level position requiring extensive experience in EDI/B2B integration, particularly with Seeburger BIS.

  • We are seeking an expert to design and develop seamless integration solutions using Seeburger's Business Integration Suite.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with various protocols such as FTP/SFTP, AS2, and HTTP/S.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or others for integration purposes is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement complex integration flows.
  • Configure and manage EDI/B2B interfaces with trading partners and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure and business analysts.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Perform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning of Seeburger environments.
  • Document technical specifications and support procedures.
  • Provide support for production issues and participate in on-call rotations if necessary.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in EDI/B2B integration, with at least 4 years on Seeburger BIS.
  • Strong understanding of EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, IDoc, etc.).
  • Experience with Seeburger Mapping Designer, BIS File Exchange, and BIS Message Tracking.
  • Proficiency in various communication protocols.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems for integration purposes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
