Job Title: Real Estate Sourcing Manager/Associate – Client Acquisition

Role Overview:

  • As a Real Estate Sourcing Manager/Associate, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding the existing broker/channel partner network to drive sales across luxury apartments, retail spaces, and commercial projects in the MMR region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of sourcing managers across site locations, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results.
  • Develop and track daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing KPIs aligned with project sales goals, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Regularly review team performance, provide constructive feedback, and drive target achievement through structured planning and goal setting.
  • Source potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects across Thane, utilizing your expertise in market analysis and client needs.
  • Build and manage a lead pipeline by tapping into investor circles, HNIs, and direct client sources, leveraging your strong networking skills.
  • Track the quality of leads being generated and converted by the sourcing team & pre-sales team, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate with on-site Sales teams to drive walk-ins, presentations, and closures, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Establish strong referral networks and partnerships with HNI wealth managers, corporates, and local influencers, expanding our reach and impact.
  • Act as a lead generator for the on-site sales team by driving qualified walk-ins and site visits, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners, CP firms, and independent brokers across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai, further expanding our network.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-18 years of experience in real estate sales, channel management, or client acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
  • Graduate degree in any discipline, with a strong foundation in business principles.
  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate is preferred, but not required.

Desired Competencies:

  • Strong channel partner network across MMR (especially Thane), with established relationships and trust.
  • Proven experience in client sourcing and broker engagement for real estate, with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Local market knowledge of residential, retail & commercial real estate, with a keen eye for opportunity and growth.
  • Self-starter with field sales DNA and high drive for targets, consistently pushing yourself to achieve excellence.
