Architect Position

At our esteemed interior design studio, we are seeking a highly skilled Architect to lead our team in hospitality projects. With extensive experience in designing captivating guest experiences for top brands, we expect you to bring innovative design solutions and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Develop unique design concepts that meet client requirements, considering factors such as functionality, aesthetics, and budget constraints.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with consultants and contractors to guarantee timely completion of projects, ensuring seamless communication and effective project management.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with design and quality standards, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, allocating resources effectively, and meeting deadlines.
  • Logistics: Handle logistics related to construction and interiors, including expediting approvals and coordinating with vendors, ensuring efficient project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in design principles, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture, preferably in hospitality, residential, or commercial projects, showcasing expertise in project coordination, site execution, and design development.
  • Skills: Strong design development, project coordination, and leadership skills, with excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities, as well as proficiency in relevant software applications.

Software Skills:

  • AutoCAD (working drawings & detailing)
  • SketchUp / 3ds Max / Rhino (3D modeling)
  • V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape (rendering & visualization)
  • Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign (presentation & graphics)
  • MS Office / Google Workspace (project coordination & documentation)
