Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide comprehensive support to our APAC region as an HR Support Professional.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional HR services, including but not limited to: providing accurate and timely information to employees regarding employment contracts, benefits, and other related matters; maintaining the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data; and ensuring compliance with global policies and procedures.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist role, preferably in a technology industry setting;
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
