Vice President Infrastructure Engineering

This pivotal leadership role plays a crucial part in driving efficiency, optimization, and service delivery while managing a significant portion of our global organization.

  • Lead end-to-end operating model ownership within the company.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and drive high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for technology service provisioning to clients, the business, and the organization.
  • Ensure execution of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives aligned with strategy.
  • Drive adoption and enhancement of strategic technology tools.

The ideal candidate will possess 20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on compute and storage technologies, operating systems, database, middleware, cloud, container, and network services. Additionally, they should have 10+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry and 15+ years of experience in managing global teams and delivering technology service solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong technical expertise in compute and storage technologies, operating systems, database, middleware, cloud, container, and network services.
  • 10+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
  • 15+ years of experience in managing global teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
