Software Configuration Role

A key position in our organization involves implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the lead.

As a Software Configuration Engineer, your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules individually.
  • Proficiency in YAML, Jinja2 templating, and modular playbook design.
  • Capable of using Git or Azure DevOps for version control.
  • Build integrations with CI/CD tools to trigger Ansible automation via APIs.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with automation tools and cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of configuration management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience in scripting languages to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
