Club Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of club events, workshops, speaker sessions, and client visits.
  • Develop an annual activity calendar and track progress.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as the point of contact between the club and stakeholders, including property owners, external partners, vendors, and members.
  • Minutes of meeting, follow-ups on points agreed, and execution of the same.

Team Management:

  • Properly delegate, monitor, and evaluate team responsibilities.
  • Ensure staff consistently comply with the uniform policy while on duty.
  • Responsible for managing disciplinary actions involving all Club level employees.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Assist in managing club resources and event budgets.
  • Coordinate with management for any necessary approvals or procurement.

Membership Engagement:

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service by creating a welcoming environment for members.
  • Promptly address concerns, complaints, or suggestions to strengthen member relationships and improve club services.
  • Foster a culture of attentiveness and responsiveness among staff to ensure every member's interaction reflects the club's values and commitment to excellence.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

  • Ensure the fitness club operates in full compliance with health regulations, including sanitation standards, emergency protocols, and staff certification.
  • Implement and monitor safety procedures across all areas—workout zones, locker rooms, and group class studios—to minimize risk and protect members and staff.
  • Oversee maintenance needs and coordinate staff training in CPR/First Aid to be ready for any emergency situation.

Program and Event Planning:

  • Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee engaging fitness programs, wellness challenges, workshops, and social events.
  • Collaborate closely with instructors, personal trainers, and wellness professionals to design innovative offerings that enhance the member experience.
  • Monitor attendance and feedback to refine programming, ensuring events remain fresh and impactful.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain documentation of all club activities for audit and institutional reporting.
  • Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
