Production Supervisor Role

As a seasoned Production Supervisor, you will oversee the production activities across multiple assembly lines. This role requires strategic leadership, effective team management, and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet targets, ensuring adherence to quality standards and efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve excellence in product quality, productivity, and employee engagement.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, providing training and coaching to improve skills and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in production supervision, with expertise in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Line Balancing.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, drive results, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
