Senior CRM Product Lead

This role involves overseeing the development of a CRM product to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

  • Candidates should have strong expertise in CRM product management, ideally with exposure to platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or LeadSquared.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with 10-15+ years of experience in product management/technology leadership, with at least 5 years in CRM domain.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale teams across multiple functions is essential.

This position requires collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders to convert business needs into CRM solutions.

  1. Candidate must have solid understanding of customer lifecycle management, lead nurturing, and automation workflows.
  2. Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies are required.
  3. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success.

Prior experience working in leading CRM product companies or SaaS/B2B product environments is highly valued.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred. MBA or equivalent management qualification is also desirable.
