About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Designer to spearhead the development of innovative AI-driven solutions. This visionary leader will define and execute product vision, leveraging deep understanding of design patterns to craft best-in-class experiences.

  • Develop and implement product vision, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to drive design decisions.
  • Design intuitive, engaging experiences that meet revenue team needs, through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Identify opportunities for integrating automated workflows, insights, and actions across multiple touchpoints.
  • Analyze user data and behaviors to inform design decisions.
  • Mentor junior designers, sharing knowledge and contributing to a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • At least 6-8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and experience designing AI products.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Systems thinking ability, connecting individual data visualizations to create a coherent experience.
  • Effective communication skills to build consensus and trust across diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and incomplete information confidently.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma and prototyping tools like Bolt.
  • A link to your portfolio is mandatory for consideration.
