As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via instant messaging, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide real-time customer support via instant messaging

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently

* Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

* 1 year of experience in BPO or customer-facing role

* Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

* Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously

* Empathy and problem-solving skills to provide effective customer support

* Strong typing and data entry skills
