We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This full-time position is based in Bangalore, India, and is suitable for individuals with less than 1 year of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product or service-related inquiries and issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
