Job Title: Lead Generation Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive demand and build a qualified pipeline for our Microsoft services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in B2B lead generation, campaign management, and sales pipeline nurturing within the IT and Microsoft ecosystem.

About the Role:
  • Develop and Execute Strategies:
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns to target enterprise, mid-market, and SMB clients for Microsoft solutions.
  • Build and optimize databases of potential customers using CRM and lead intelligence tools.
  • Qualify leads through structured discovery calls and handover to sales for closure.
  • Work closely with Microsoft partnership teams to leverage co-selling opportunities, incentives, and marketing funds.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management:
  • Track KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to create compelling content, presentations, and campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B lead generation / inside sales, preferably in Microsoft services or IT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and email automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
