Job Title:

Financial Operations Manager

Job Description:
  • Maintaining accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, trial balances, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
  • Ensuring timely completion and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Reconciling bank statements, managing cash flow reports, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Preparing GST returns, TDS filings, and assisting with income tax return filing, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting internal and statutory audits, coordinating with auditors, and providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Tracking accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely follow-ups and payments, and maintaining payroll processing and compliance records.
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for internal planning, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Liaising with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required, communicating effectively and professionally.
  • Collaborating with leadership to streamline finance operations, implementing process improvements and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting, with 0–1 year of relevant experience.
  • Recent MBA graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates who have completed CMA Articles will be considered.
  • Candidates with prior experience in audit firms are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and other accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of applicable financial regulations and compliance standards.
