As a crucial team member, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily accounting operations, including bank reconciliations, vendor and employee payments, and GST invoicing. Your success will hinge on your ability to prepare and review financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, such as bank reconciliation, vendor and employee payments, and GST invoicing.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, optimize performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements.
  • Review and process vendor invoices promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with the preparation and closure of audits, including stock audits, planning, inventory management, etc.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and across functional departments within the organization.
