We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our quality assurance automation efforts. This includes designing, implementing and executing automated test strategies to ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce + nCino solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications.
  • Create, execute and manage efficient automation test scripts for functional, regression and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements and user stories, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of nCino modules, including Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening and Workflow Automation.
  • Validate Salesforce Lightning, APIs and integrations with external systems, guaranteeing compatibility and data integrity.
  • Ensure thorough test coverage across UI, API, data and performance testing, leveraging tools like Selenium WebDriver, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, Apex testing etc.
  • Define and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution through collaborative problem-solving.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in automation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment, streamlining the development process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 9 years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • Deep knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows (Commercial Lending, Treasury, Retail Banking).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks, including Selenium WebDriver, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, Apex testing etc.
  • Experience in API testing, leveraging tools like Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI.
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps or similar.
  • Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
