Job Title: Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in handling customer inquiries across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the customer service team in responding to all incoming queries on WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, and Calls.
  • Identify and document errors encountered in the end-to-end order journey to improve consumer journeys.
  • Manage E-Com Order tasks, including placing new orders, modifying, canceling, and refunding orders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate relevant issues related to order delivery, product, tech, or business operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and prevent issues rather than just reacting and resolving.
  • Basic IT tool proficiency, including spreadsheets, documents, Emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Ability to learn specific IT tools.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Response rate to customer inquiries within a specified timeframe.
  • Error reduction in the end-to-end order journey.
  • Order management efficiency.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and issue escalation.
