About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Tester to join our team at Evernorth. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for driving automation testing and quality delivery for our program deliverables.

This is a unique opportunity to work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with business and technical needs. You will be expected to work closely with onsite and offshore team members, including Scrum teams, to design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop comprehensive suites of automation test plans, test cases, and regression tests
  • Closely interact with onsite and offshore team members to define test processes, required test activities, and deliverables
  • Develop and execute automation test scripts using programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
  • Participate in all phases of testing, including sprint functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing
  • Collaborate with data teams to obtain test data and analyze failure patterns
  • Analyze defect reporting and triaging, and determine corrective actions to eliminate errors completely
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance with automation experience preferred
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
  • Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
  • Working knowledge of API automation frameworks, mocking, and authorization
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab
  • Relational database and SQL knowledge
  • Familiarity with JIRA/Zephyr or equivalent tools
