We are seeking an experienced Software Performance Engineer to join our team in Quality Assurance. As a key member of our Agile environment, you will drive Performance Validation and quality delivery for Evernorth program deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Develop Test Processes: Create and execute sprint testing of software products/solutions, defining test activities, deliverables, and schedules.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with onsite and offshore team members, including Scrum teams, to understand how changes impact work upstream and downstream.
- Test Data Management: Define test data conditions, partner with the Data team, and obtain necessary data.
- Automation Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive suites of automation test plans, cases, and regression tests.
This role requires strong technical skills, experience with automation frameworks, and knowledge of programming languages like Java/JavaScript/Typescript. You should also be familiar with API testing tools, such as Postman/Insomnia, and have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/Gitlab.
