
Brand Growth Manager

We are seeking a talented professional to lead our brand and category growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical foundation, experience in managing profit and loss (P&L) for assigned categories, and a proven track record of driving year-over-year growth through pricing strategies, promotions, and consumer insights.
This role requires the ability to identify whitespace opportunities and execute new product launches with clear positioning and market fit. The successful candidate will also conduct competitor benchmarking and category analysis using data tools.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-7 years of experience in brand management, category growth, or marketing in direct-to-consumer/fast-moving consumer goods/consumer brands
- A strong analytical foundation with exposure to P&L ownership and growth strategy
- A proven track record of managing ATL and digital-first campaigns with measurable impact
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, customer relationship management, and marketplace growth levers
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
