Job Title: Client Engagement Manager
This is a pivotal role ensuring successful relationships between clients and the company, guaranteeing project success through strategic alignment, effective execution, seamless communication, and meticulous management.
- Provide expert consulting services to clients, delivering actionable insights and solutions that drive business growth and expansion.
- Support Business Relationship Managers in developing tailored strategies to meet client business objectives, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Oversee global projects across various therapeutic areas, focusing on market analysis, competitor insights, and identification of key opinion leaders (KOLs), pricing experts, and community leaders.
- Supervise Local HCP targeting projects, presenting results of referral and prescription pattern analyses, ensuring data-driven decision making.
- Assist in pitches, sales, and marketing efforts, including statement of work preparation and participation in sales meetings, showcasing expertise and building strong client relationships.
- Develop and maintain project presentation materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and training materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
- Collaborate with client teams, including Medical Affairs, Commercial Analytics, Marketing, and Field Teams (TLLs & MSLs), to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies using industry-leading platforms.
- Liaise with internal support teams, ensuring seamless integration and coordination.
- Prepare client deliverables in the form of presentations and reports, presenting them to client teams, and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Develop and maintain project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites with support from cross-functional teams, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure medical integrity and accuracy throughout all client projects, upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Provide strategic support to medical, commercial, and regulatory teams using data-driven insights, driving informed decision making.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization and its clients.
Key Qualifications:
- Mastery of relevant discipline.
- 4-10 years of experience in consulting or client services.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software, project management tools, word processing software, email software, and presentation software.
