**About the Position**

  • We are seeking an expert in Human Capital Management (HCM) data migrations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HCM product functionality, with a focus on data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for developing data and balance conversion processes on Data Lake and other implementation/ETL tools, as well as providing support and fixes for any issues that may arise during data loads.
  • Additionally, the candidate will work closely with clients, business analysts, and forklift teams to coordinate data loads and document challenges and suggest enhancements during data mining.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Strong knowledge of HCM product (HR, Payroll and Benefits) functionality is essential.
  • Sound knowledge of PL/SQL and RDBMS concepts is required.
  • Experience with data mining tools would be an added advantage.
  • Professional/Technical Knowledge: Having achieved a satisfactory level of professional/technical knowledge and/or skill in position-related areas; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas through various media.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a dynamic project environment.
