SAP HCM Functional Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Human Capital Management Specialist.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SAP HCM modules on SAP ECC/S4HANA platforms to drive business efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain business processes aligned with client requirements to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and map them to SAP S/4HANA technology to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and improve existing SAP HCM implementations and support projects to ensure ongoing success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP HCM module on SAP ECC/S4HANA, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Implementation and support project experience on SAP S4HANA S4H Project, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to communicate effectively with clients to drive project success.
  • SAP HCM or Human Capital domain knowledge is an added advantage, with certification highly preferred.
