**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate conversion of client data to the insightsoftware (ISW) platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Migrating large datasets from various sources to the ISW platform using strong technical skills and knowledge of ETL methodologies.
  • Performing data quality checks and resolving any issues that may arise during the migration process.
  • Collaborating with clients and project managers to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Documenting all aspects of the migration process, including data mapping, testing, and deployment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience with data migration tools such as Talend, Dell Boomi, etc.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems and SQL scripting.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
