Job Description:

As a Lead Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision of our product. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow and enhance the product, constantly seeking opportunities to improve user experience, market positioning, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope.
  • Product Development & Growth: Drive the development of new features and enhancements, working closely with product management, development teams, and stakeholders to prioritize and allocate resources.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to understand product performance, user behavior, and market trends. Make informed decisions to optimize product growth strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, reporting on milestones, progress, and any potential risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fintech and project management. Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with NodeJS and strong understanding of backend development.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and people management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
