Strategic Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional to join our team as a Senior Strategic Projects Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work directly with the CEO, execute strategic initiatives, and be groomed for advancement.

This role demands extensive cross-group coordination at all levels, robust product and business acumen, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to create executive-level presentations/decks and detailed narratives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead special projects directly overseen by the CEO, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a versatile tool for solving any problem, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions.
  • Create compelling content/presentation decks and narratives for the CEO for both internal and external use.
  • Facilitate cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and execution across various departments to achieve strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements:
  • At least 8+ years of experience in handling strategic projects for an Office of Eminence or in a similar high-impact role.
  • Comfortable with domestic/overseas travel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and drive results.
  • Demonstrated interest in the Education Industry, with a passion for making a positive impact.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
