Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead strategic and operational projects within our production unit.

  • Coordinate projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and experience in the nutraceutical or dietary supplement industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee all production-related projects, including operations, quality, compliance, logistics, maintenance, and process improvements.
  2. Coordinate relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
  3. Serve as primary liaison between teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and effective communication.
  4. Develop project schedules, manage resources, and monitor timelines.
  5. Manage project budgets and track costs.
  6. Identify and evaluate project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  7. Create SOPs and workflows to boost efficiency.
  8. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
  9. Ensure regulatory compliance with GMP, FDA, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 standards.
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in project management within an industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of regulations and ability to analyze data.
  • Proficient in project management platforms like ClickUp or Asana.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in food, nutraceuticals, or supplement industry is advantageous.
  • Experience coordinating with international teams is a plus.
