Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Professional to join our team as a Demand Planner. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts, leading monthly forecast review meetings, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand.

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights.
  • Lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand.
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Leverage ERP and planning tools to create data-driven, actionable plans.
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal planning with agile forecasting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with global teams and time zones.
