
Drive New Business Opportunities as an Auto Loan Representative

An Auto Loan Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities through various channels, building strong relationships with auto dealers and their sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing them with suitable financing options.
This role requires the ability to negotiate and close deals, as well as maintain MIS reports and meet productivity targets. In-depth knowledge of auto loan products, communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel are essential for success.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute plans to source new auto loan customers from various markets and digital channels.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with auto dealers and their sales teams to increase business opportunities.
- Explain and promote auto loan products to customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable financing solutions.
- Collect and verify pre-disbursement documents, coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan login, approval, and disbursement.
- Negotiate with the credit team to resolve customer-related issues, ensure timely deal closure, and maintain compliance with internal audit and RBI/KYC norms.
- Requirements and Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of auto loan products (new and used vehicles).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Dealer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, loan origination systems, and CRM tools.
