Sr. Operations Improvement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Operations Improvement Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation in various industries.

  1. Analyze client spend data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  2. Develop process maps and conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with clients to develop financial models and present findings to key decision-makers.
  4. Evaluate suppliers' pricing proposals and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to gather information and develop a current state assessment.
  • Develop complex financial models to understand the true cost of ownership and present findings to key stakeholders.
  • Support clients throughout the bid evaluation and supplier selection process.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in a consulting firm or industry, with specific experience in operations, supply-chain, and/or procurement.
  • Proven problem-solving and time management ability, with excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated team player with advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
