As a key player in our project management team, you will be instrumental in driving the successful execution and operational efficiency of various projects.

The role encompasses several key responsibilities including:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new demands and work on project execution-related operational matters such as invoicing, contract renewals, statement of work (SOW) and pricing exercises, timesheet management, and workflow management.
  • Working closely with talent acquisition specialists to facilitate recruitment and hiring of new employees.
  • Maintaining high-level accuracy in dashboards and ensuring seamless data tracking.
  • Leading regular calls with stakeholders, publishing meeting minutes and status reports.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for operations-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Driving business decisions and compliance through expert analysis and recommendations.
  • Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred along with 1-3 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Previous experience working with IT services companies is essential.
