We are seeking a skilled and driven freelance business development associate to help expand our client base. This role involves identifying key decision-makers within software and technology companies, establishing meaningful relationships, presenting our service offerings, managing outreach initiatives, and developing a qualified sales pipeline.
This is not a quick-fix sales position; we are looking for dedicated professionals who understand the value of long-term business relationships and can contribute to our growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of one year's experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality leads and build trusted client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (professional, client-facing tone)
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with the software and technology sectors (a plus, but not essential)
We offer a commission-only compensation structure, starting at 10% of closed deals, with potential for higher tiers based on performance. Payments are released once we receive client funds, ensuring a transparent and efficient process.
