User Experience Researcher Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented User Experience Researcher to lead user research initiatives and understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points across our digital ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have experience in usability testing, contextual inquiry, interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluations, and A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute research studies including usability tests, surveys, field studies, diary studies, and in-depth interviews.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights that guide product design decisions.
  • Evaluate existing digital journeys and recommend usability and conversion improvements.
  • Apply mixed-methods research and partner with analytics teams to validate findings.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Design, or Behavioral Science.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a similar role within digital-first or product-driven organizations.
  • Strong expertise in tools like Dovetail, Maze, Lookback, Optimal Workshop, UserTesting, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence product decisions with evidence.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in BFSI, fintech, or large-scale B2C products.
  • Familiarity with UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) for collaboration.
  • Knowledge of financial services workflows and unit economics.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
