Job Overview

This full-time on-site role involves creating mechanical system blueprints and components using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for modeling and simulations. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and experience with project management to ensure timely completion of projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and design mechanical systems and components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects
  • Conduct research and development to enhance product functionality
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and resource allocation
  • Support the transition of projects from development to production by providing technical guidance and support
Key Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles, including machine design and thermal dynamics
  • Experience working with CAD tools, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Research and Development (R&D) experience, with a focus on innovative solution implementation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and adaptability
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
