This role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of global base salary and variable compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation and benefits trends, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish relationships with HR teams to support business strategic requirements.
- Analyze data from compensation and benefits surveys to determine the organization's competitive position.
- Support the development of target salary ranges based on role scope and job architecture attributes.
- Administer employee benefits programs outside the US, ensuring compliance with country legislative benefits offerings.
- Compile benefits statistics and summarize survey information for benefits recommendations.
- Reconcile EMEA benefits provider billings and process payment of invoices.
- Manage the global rewards and recognition platform, increasing engagement and utilization.
- University degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related discipline.
- At least 8 years of compensation design and administration experience, including 3 years of global experience in the US and India.
- Working knowledge of country, federal, and state regulations affecting broad-based or statutory benefits and retirement/pension plans.
- Ability to analyze data to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance.
- Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude to prepare TR costs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and work independently.
