Job Opportunity

The primary objective of this role is to lead the release management process, ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery of products and experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all change activities from planning through testing to deployment.
  • Developing risk management strategies and contingency plans for releases of any size.
  • Collaborating with Support and Operations teams to ensure operational readiness.
  • Effectively communicating at multiple levels within the organization through written and verbal communication.
  • Driving global release cadence that defines the cycles, structures, and required oversight to deliver products and experiences to production.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a release manager.
  • A deep understanding and practical application of standard release processes, agile methodologies, and technical capabilities.
  • Experience working with teams development and deployment automation tools in the software development and deployment lifecycle.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely with leaders and cross-functional partners to deliver key strategic initiatives.
  • Good communications and presentation skills.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Demonstrable experience operating in a complex, federated global organization with a geographically dispersed team.
  • Experience developing risk management and contingency plans for production changes.
  • A successful track record of applying operational readiness techniques to complex feature implementations.
  • Successful partnership across organizations to build trust and achieve shared goals.
