Job Profile

The successful candidate will oversee the placement of students with leading technology employers, ensuring a seamless integration process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key employers in the IT sector, aligning their requirements with our student pool.
  • Conduct on-site visits to establish mutual understanding and build strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records of pre-placement and post-placement activities.
  • Develop and manage a database of students, highlighting their skills and qualifications.
  • Provide students with detailed briefings on job opportunities and conduct market research to inform our placement strategies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in student placement, preferably within the education or training sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with patience, empathy, and a proactive approach.
  • Established connections with corporate partners and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • A strong sense of social responsibility and a passion for working with underprivileged communities.
