We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to work as a Student Placement Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing placement opportunities to students in relevant jobs in the IT domain. They will also monitor the student life cycle to ensure standard outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identifying major employers for urban placement opportunities for Anudip students
  • Coordinating with branches regarding placement procedure and placed students
  • Visiting company's Director and HR head for manpower requirement and placement tie-up
  • Maintaining students database
  • Conducting job market studies
  • Regular coordination with respective manager and trainers

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in placement of students from skilling/training/educational institute
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrate patience & perseverance
  • Good knowledge and relations with corporates
  • Inclination towards society and working for marginalized community
