Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Placement Officer to provide placements to students with relevant jobs in the IT domain and monitor the student life cycle for ensuring standard outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying major employers for urban placement opportunities, lining up students according to company requirements, and coordinating with branches regarding placement procedures.

Maintaining accurate documents related to pre-placement and post-placement activities is also essential.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal relationships with corporates, and a passion for working with marginalized communities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identification of major employers for urban placement opportunities
  • Lining up students according to company requirements
  • Coordinating with branches regarding placement procedures
  • Maintaining accurate documents related to pre-placement and post-placement activities

Desired profile:

  • Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in placement of students from skilling/training/educational institute
  • Strong verbal and written Communication Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills; Should demonstrate patience & perseverance
  • Should have good knowledge and relations with corporates
  • Must have the inclination towards society and working for marginalized community
