Lead Manufacturing Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring timely execution and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and be able to manage resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate production plans to ensure they meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Manage resources including manpower, machinery, materials, and finances.
- Monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure products meet set standards.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-15 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the wagon industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Knowledge of production processes, including welding, assembly, and testing.
- Opportunity to work on large-scale production projects.
- Experience with industry-standard tools and technologies.
- Project management methodologies and strong execution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
